    Five steps, one page

Notice, get curious, reframe, return. Print it once and use it every morning or evening.

    1

    Step one

    Pause & Notice

How do I feel right now, and what triggered the comparison or difficult thought?

    2

    Step two

    Name the Story

Write the thought you are telling yourself. Is it a fact, an assumption, or a fear?

    3

    Step three

    Get Curious

What does this reaction reveal that you value, want, or need?

    4

    Step four

    Reframe It

Swap the thought for a more balanced one you actually believe.

    5

    Step five

    Return to Your Path

Name one piece of progress you appreciate, and one small kind next step.

    Try this reframe

Instead of: “Their progress means I am behind.”

“Their progress can inspire me without diminishing mine. My path has its own timing, context, and value.”

Write the version that feels honest and believable to you. The sheet leaves room for your own wording, not a script to copy.

Someone else’s progress does not erase your own.

Five minutes a day is enough to change how you talk to yourself.
